Clear & Precise Statements to Ensure You Have All the Available Data

01 | Compilations

Compilation services can be a cost-effective way for businesses to present their financial information to internal/external stakeholders, such as lenders, investors, or regulatory agencies. It is important to note, however, that a compilation does not provide the same level of assurance as an audit or review, and the financial statements are not subject to the same level of scrutiny. However, these can be critical pieces of information that ensure you are able to engage with third parties interested in partnerships and collaborations.

02 | Reviews

This statement is less in-depth than an audit but more extensive than a compilation. During a review engagement, we will assess your financial statements and evaluate whether they are presented fairly in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or an other comprehensive basis of accounting. Additionally, we will perform procedures such as reviewing your accounting records and inquiries of management to obtain an understanding of your company’s financial position and performance. This is an excellent option for smaller businesses or organizations that need some level of assurance on their financial statements but do not require the full scope of an audit.
